Cancellation Policy

Right to cancel

Swiss law does not provide a statutory right to cancel distance purchases. We offer this right voluntarily: you may cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins when the contract is formed. To cancel, send a clear statement to CollabAtlas, Paradeplatz, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland, or use our contact form.

Effects of cancellation

We will refund all payments without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method.

Early expiry

For digital content, the voluntary right to cancel expires if you have expressly agreed that we may begin delivery before the cancellation period ends and have acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel as a result.
