2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by an external service provider. When you visit, technically necessary data, such as your IP address, visit time and browser information, is processed in server logs to operate the website securely and detect misuse (Article 6 of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection or legitimate interests). Logs are deleted regularly.

3. Free sample and email

When you request the free sample, we store your email address, consent and a timestamp to provide the sample and send occasional offers (Article 6 of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection or the GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time through our contact form. We will then remove your address from the mailing list.

When you request the free guides, we store your email address, consent and request time in Lovable Cloud to fulfil your request. Lovable processes the guide email and necessary delivery information. The guides are stored privately and download links expire after 7 days. A guide request does not subscribe you to promotional emails. You can request deletion through our contact form.

Contact messages

When you contact us, we store your name, email address, subject, message, consent and submission time privately in Lovable Cloud so our team can handle and reply to your request. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Messages are retained only as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion through the same contact form.

4. Orders through Shopify

Payments are processed through Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland) using Shopify Payments. Your order and payment details are processed there to fulfil the contract. Shopify’s privacy policy also applies.

5. Local storage

The website stores technical information locally in your browser to retain settings, such as whether sections are open. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. The Shopify checkout may set its own cookies and is subject to Shopify’s privacy policy.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive a copy of your data and lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Please send requests through our contact form.
