1. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases of digital products from CollabAtlas, Paradeplatz, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland, through this website.

2. Contract formation

By completing your order in the Shopify checkout, you submit a binding offer. The contract is formed when your order is confirmed.

3. Product

You receive a digital contact collection, including bonuses, as a download or through digital delivery. Specific results, such as a brand collaboration, are not guaranteed.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices. Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Usage rights

The content is intended for your own use only. Sharing or reselling it is not permitted. If these terms are breached, we may suspend access and seek compensation.

6. Liability

We accept unlimited liability for intentional misconduct and gross negligence. In all other cases, liability is governed by applicable law.

7. Final provisions

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. Swiss law applies and the place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Changes to these terms will be published on this website.
